Website Terms
Effective 30 July 2026
1. About these terms
These Website Terms govern access to and use of coveniq.ai and public materials made available through it. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Customer workspaces, implementation services and paid offerings are governed by separate agreements and are not licensed under these Website Terms.
2. Website purpose
The website provides general information about Coveniq, its controlled AI workflow approach, delivery model and services. It does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, a service-level commitment or a representation that any feature is available in every deployment.
3. Permitted use
You may access and use the website for lawful business information and evaluation purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse forms, scrape the website in a manner that burdens the service, impersonate another person, or use content in violation of law or third-party rights.
4. No self-service account right
Coveniq customer workspaces are provisioned through a sales and implementation process. Submission of a form, participation in a diagnostic or receipt of marketing material does not create a right to an account or require Coveniq to provide services.
5. Intellectual property
The website, brand, software demonstrations, text, graphics, workflow illustrations and other materials are owned by Coveniq or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with prior written authorization.
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback, Coveniq may use them without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not grant Coveniq ownership of customer confidential information or data submitted under a separate agreement.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may refer to third-party products or websites. Coveniq does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. References do not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.
8. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coveniq disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Illustrative interfaces, metrics and workflow examples are examples only and are not customer results or guarantees.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coveniq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, business opportunity or goodwill arising from use of the public website. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
10. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website and may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing terms for services
Any proposal, statement of work, customer workspace or professional service is subject to the separate written agreement executed by Coveniq and the customer. If these Website Terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls for the relevant service.
12. Contact
